Yesterday Christopher and I were able to go to another Virginia home football game. Mr. Colley gave us amazing tickets, on the 50 yard line in the special seats under the press box. Like, the ones in the shade, with backs on the seats. It was so much fun. First, it was a great game. We beat Wake Forest in the last few minutes of the game, winning 17-16. Second, the weather was perfect. A typical fall day in Charlottesville, 60 and sunny. Third, it was really fun to be able to sit and talk with Mr. Colley about his family, his career, and his thoughts about Christopher’s future. It’s amazing that he has taken Christopher and our family under his wing, and I’m sure we will always be grateful for the nice things he does for us.
Oh, and I still haven’t figured out the timing on the last part to The Good Old Song…
RAY! RAY! U-V-A!”
